Hi all,

I am one of those who've started the CAA track.. hoping after i qualify i can switch over to the FIA, i know it's much longer and everything, but i wasn't left much choice after graduating with a 2:2. Anyway my question is do you think employers will embrace the change and let caa's pursue the fia ?

If a company has vacancies and are willing to fund both sets, I don't think it will be an issue. If you change employer to make the switch I bet you'll be asked why you went the alternative route so you would need a good answer for that. It won't be just the exams that matter, it'll be your proven aptitude for the career and ability to develop sound judgement skills
