CA3 left, but oveseas student

I've sort of asked about this on another thread but anyway..

If you're an overseas student and CA3 is the only exam you have left to qualify as associate or fellow, it seems like currently you would have to travel to England or Scotland to write this exam (which has an historically and depressingly low pass rate)? I'd have hoped that there would be an online version by now (especially since apparently more than half the insitute's students are abroad? Read that on some other thread here) but there doesn't seem to be any news of that .. perhaps someone knows something I don't regarding this?

Up to now I've only heard rumours that there will be an online version but the Insitute has, erm, not communicated anything.
 
Online version is on its way - can't find an official start date though...
