August 2016 - rectification question

In the August 2016 written paper, they asked for “a brief introduction / some background on the project” as their first objective, but in their solution don’t really seem to give any more of an introduction than you would in a standard report (i.e. if they hadn’t included that as a separate objective). I spent a good 70-80 words providing background, beyond my standard introduction, which then cut back where I could use words later on. Is it just me, or is either a) the question not worded very well, or b) the model solution doesn’t really cover that objective very well? Just wanted to check if I was missing something?

Thanks
