   Hi,
   
   The audit trail checklist from the Online tutorial includes the following statement:
   
   "State who last updated the document and when"
   
   Is this still a requirement, as I haven't come across it in the examiners reports for recent exam papers?

   There isn't a specific requirement for this but it might help earn marks for good formatting. Definitely one for best practice in work though!
