I don't think you can. I had similar issue with CT4 and they told me papers that were off by a few marks - probably 1-3 - are marked for a third time. So they've already gone through the process you will be asking them to go through, if that makes any sense.

Yes one person passed at 55 and another person failed at 54.

OK. I think that means this paper was harder than the average paper as the base pass mark is 60.
