Small problem; in the solution for (i), are the units to the answers to the variance and semi-variances correct? My guess is 2.29% and 0.608% and not 2.29%% and 0.608%%. Cheers.
Thanks for the tip, Dukerio I normally work in % (like the question where they work out the variance of the returns. given in %) and in the end I know that units for variance is %%. But I agree, the problem is when you work with quadratic and linear combinations, it could get tricky like you said. Thanks again.
