i wanna attend the exams in sep but the system says Exam Registration has closed for the current session, im wondering when the registration can back to normal?

thanks for ur information, capitalH. im an overseas student but currently stay in UK, sigh, seems like i hv to wait to see if it is possible for me to register the exam.
The student admission date relate to the latest date you can JOIN the profession as a student and still be able to register for the next exam sitting. Overseas students can register for Sept 2009 between 17 July and 10 August.
