It should be possible to get marking from anywhere. Once you pay for it and actually DO the assignments before the deadline (which are the two big obstacles), you can either post your script scan your script and email fax your script I scan mine and receive the marked scripts by email which is followed by hard copy in the post. It's a lot more feasible than attending tutorials for non-UK folk.
