    I did 2 ST papers .....
ST5 and ST6, just finished the exam and home
    ST 6 is extremely hard....
ST 5 is quite different from previous past papers....
ST6 2006 Sept is certainly the hardest paper I have ever done....
I will certainly fail because I left 2 long questions unanswered...
I did not even know how to start the reasoning from the very beginning...
How come the exam has little to do with Acted notes....
    45 /100<< is that enough to secure a pass in ST6 ?

    thx very much

It''s been a constant complaint that the examiners go a little 'off-road' in the ST6 exams. If you are unfortunate enough to have to re-take the exam I would recommend Hull - 'Options Futures and Other Derivatives' and Baxter & Rennie - 'Financial Calculus'. I would look on the ST6 threads for more info. Best of luck.

I'm just about to go take ST5 (in the UK). Where are you based?
