All consultant students out there?

The likes of people from Tillinghast, Milliman, Deloitte, KPMG, Pricewaterhouse etc - do you guys get the time off that you are entitled to for studying? I'm weighing up pros and cons between direct insurer and consultancy and everyone always say they work you at consultants and you don't get exam leave, that true?
