I believe that I have been treated unfairly by the management at work. They didn't give me enough support. Then they blamed me for not doing the job properly... Has anyone had this kind of problems before? And any suggestions on what I should do?
Sit down with your manager/director, sort it out. If not, move out asap. Do NOT discuss this in a public forum.
The issue will be whether you asked for support and have evidence to show that you were pro-active in seeking it rather than expecting people to check up on you. If so then if that support was not forthcoming then you could argue your point. But oxymoron is right - this is not the best place for this discussion.
