ActEd Mock - Encouraging signs?

Just had a go (under exam conditions) at ActEd's ST8 mock exam and thought it was kind of alright - even though I havent got the marked script back for it yet. I have a particular soft spot for exams with diagrams in them, makes everything feel much more tactile and tractable. (as you can guess, I'm clearly screwed with ST7).

I sincerely hope that this level of difficulty is repeated in April.

Do the tutors have any thoughts about how difficult/fair the mock was?

Does anyone think I am putting too much stock into the Acted mock?

You are right to feel encouraged but wait til you get the feedback. that will help you assess if your gut feel is right. If not, it will highlight what to work on.

Timing in exams is crucial so you know now what it feels like assuming you used exam conditions.

But each paper is unique - ActEd and otherwise and there will be inevitable variation.
