acronyms

Hi
Almost all the chapters if this subject have diffrent acronyms which usually stands for different bodies of financial sphere.
Just 4 legislation chapters have around 30~40 acronyms, while all together incl acronyms of different technical items its brings probably more than 100.
The question is, will we be examed on it and we have to remember the meaning of them (which is same to memorizing'em)?

 

You wouldn't be asked what do the initials stand for but you may get initials in exam questions and you need to know which body they are talking about in the context of the question asked so you don't go down a wrong road. I think where there is ambiguity in an exam, both would be used to add clarity
