i guess my main questions are how to generate points. For example, in question 4(ii), the question asked "describe the main criterion that the insurance company would use to determine whether or not to investigate a particular claim". The only point i could think of - " the size / amount of the claim would be the main criterion" Then i read the answer and i don't really understand how that relate to the question asked. Please help!
Hi You've certainly identified the main criterion for investigating a claim, but the question asks you to "describe" it. So in your description you'll want to cover things like, what does it mean for the claim to be "large", and what makes it the main criterion (ie why is it important). Hope that helps Steve
