I think there is a good chance this might appear in the October exam - I presume this topic is in scope? I know the papers were written in September/October 2014 for 2015 so I presume the results of the Stress Test would not have been available at the time of writing the exam. Also, the fact that there was no SII in the April 15 exam would make even more confident something in this area will come up.
Anything related to Solvency II is in scope, yes. Also the examiners might well award a mark or two for market developments that have occurred since the exam was written, so if you think it's relevant to your answer by all means slot it in. (A word of warning though, try to avoid spouting on about your industry knowledge if its not relevant to the question they've asked.) Will a Solvency II question come up? It's certainly topical of course, but who knows!
