There is a line saying that the change in the 2008 claim ratio may have been due to over-reserving at the end of 2009. How is this exactly?
It should say "at the end of 2008". This is correct in the current version of the Question and Answer Bank. For the benefit of others reading this, the question being referred to is QA5.24(ii) in the current version of the Question and Answer Bank.
