Hi, Can someone let me know what exactly the examiners look for in the following areas: 1. Audit approach - communication skills 2. Audit approach - Fellow student can review and check methods used in the model 3. Audit approach - Senior actuary can scrutinise and understand what has been done 4. Audit approach - Written in clear English 5. Audit content - all steps clearly explained
If you look in the Examiners' report - there's a more detailed mark schedule in the back, which breaks down those sections into 1 or 2 mark allocations. That should provide you with enough to go on. Note that it usually wouldn't be an all or nothing affair with those marks - you'll get half-marks depending on how well you've demonstrated the skill across the whole of the audit trail / model.
