There is still ambiguity in their PPD transition webpage for those who joined pre-June 2004. They say "If you wish to quality as a Fellow before 1 February 2019 after passing your final exams you can complete the current work experience requirements (Fellow 3 years). No PPD recording will be required and your completed work experience documentation must be received by 31 January 2019.".

Then in the table below it, the column heading is "Month when the work experience is submitted for Fellowship qualification".

Students should be aware that they don't have to wait until they passed their final exam to submit their work experience. See page 41 of the student handbook point 6: "... the appropriate form should be forwarded to the Education Services Team for approval at the time of completion of the exams or when the total experience requirement has been completed."

In which case I suggest those who joined pre-June 2004 fill out Form A and submit it now. It will be very hard, perhaps even discriminatory for them to rescind on this from February 2019 and demand PPD.
