"A person is not regarded as carrying on a regulated activity unless he carries on the business of engaging in that activity" Can anybody put this into plain English!? I have no idea what it means. Many thanks in advance!
If one has a banking licence, but does no banking , then one is not subject to the banking regulations. I think.
