Changes in legislation etc since course notes

Hello

If our answers contain current information which has superseded the course notes, will we still get the relevant marks?

For example, if we have to discuss the minimum contribution rates for auto-enrolment, the dates of the contribution rate changes were pushed back.

Another example I was thinking is the change in levy scaling factor for the PPF levy since the notes.

I'm just worried that current knowledge from work might override my answers in the exam!

Thanks

If your answer is based on the Core Reading that is fine.
Equally, if your answer is based on more recent developments, in principle that is acceptable too.
