Hey, how did everyone find it?

I thought it was nice-ish. A few bookworky parts and no nasty surprises.

I had a bit of trouble thinking of several relevant distinct points for q6 explaining the difference in premium for the two different distribution channels (bank or phone), and also on the scaled deviation calc - as the numbers seemed too high and couldn't think how the number of observations made a difference, but I liked the paper on the whole.
