    Can you please explain whether or not the objectives referred to are the actual "competence standards" appplied by the Institute.

    Can't help you there I'm afraid princess. I'm not trying to discuss the legitimacy of the exam. Even if you don't agree with the examination method, it's still in your best interest to do whatever you can to pass it.
