   The core reading mentions the above book (Claims Reserving in General Insurance by David Hindley).
   Is this compulsory reading? And if it is, where do you guys buy this from?

   If you want to know more detail about the methods mentioned in the Core Reading, then you might like to buy the book.
   
   A quick google search shows that it is available from Cambridge University Press for example, but there may be other sources:

   You may also be able to borrow it from the IFoA Library.
