Terminal bonuses:
- A percentage of total attaching reversionary bonus including any special reversionary bonus.
- A percentage of total claim amount before addition of terminal bonus.
Why it is that percentage in first method may vary depending upon the duration in force and original terms of the contract and the percentage in second method generally varies according to the duration in force and size of the basic sum assured?
Also, in the second method, the total claim amount includes basic death benefit, regular reversionary bonus and special reversionary bonus?
