I just had a random thought,,, Should litigating against the profession count towards out PPD or CPD?? I ask because considering that they bang on about equality / diversity, the litigation gives them an indepth understanding of the professions "real" position regarding the trendy topic.
Chenbod makes a good point. There's no use banging on about equality while failing to put an end to discriminatory policies. The claimant should get a life exemption from PPD/CPD for his services to the profession and equality.
