In the Examiners report under Calculation we are given marks for: Calculation of cumulative probabilities of survival under base scenario for age 65. [2] Calculation of expectations of life under base scenario at age 65. [1] Extension of base scenario to 75 years of age. [1] Calculation of the annuity-due factors. [2] However, all those calcs for Base scenario were already in the model! We are not asked to do anything on Base scenario. So there are 6 marks for ... what?
Those marks are for describing in the summary how those steps are done. The marks for the extra calculations you need to do in the spreadsheet are in Q3 - Techniques - Additional Scenario.
