Hello There's no strategic decision to not run one, it's just the way the tutorial arranging process has fallen this time round I suspect. So, we publish the first draft of offered tutorials (based on previous pattern applications & results of a survey into people's study plans for this session), and then confirm / cancel / add courses to this draft in response to applications. It is perhaps a long-shot, but if 3 says online is your preferred or only option, it is worth letting us know, as outlined here: https://www.acted.co.uk/tutorials_applying.html If there's enough demand, an online course could potentially get added.
