Looking at the question, I considered whether there weere any dominated strategies. For example, strategy III for player A is dominated by strategies II and I. So wouldn't A only ever choose I or II?

However the solution immediately identifies a saddle point. So looking at the solution I was wondering why dominant strategies weren't considered?

    Thanks

Good point. We could have eliminated all the other strategies through domination to achieve the same answer.
