Practicing Certificate Scheme

Hi,

I came across this scheme of the institute. The link is:

It is quite rare thing that not many people know of. Can someone guide me about it like, Who can get it? Are actuaries from all over the world eligible for it or is it only those based in UK?

U.K. - certain roles need one and comes hand in hand with higher CPD requirements too and the passing of the Practice Module that you don't strictly need to become FIA though many here do it anyway. That doesn't mean in time overseas might follow this route but don't know of any at the moment.
