Past paper questions (post-2019)

Hi Amit

We tend to wait for the examiners' report to be published before updating the question log. The current version has all the questions through to April 2021 though, so you can always look through the paper on the IFoA website for the Sept 2021 questions until we add it in.

Some parts of questions have been marked as no longer examinable following the changes to Subject SA1 for 2019. Other parts could be examinable with a small modification (for example setting the question outside of the UK). It is very difficult to filter by topic in pdf format. Cant you provide the same in excel as you must have prepared in excel or word before converting to pdf?
 
In the attached pdf at the top of this feed, what do the 22' papers relate to. Cant seem to match them to the Sa1 22 papers.
 
Sorry you're having and issue with this. I've just checked the PDF and it does agree with the SA1 papers in 2022. Perhaps download the papers again?

Your question is very timely! We have updated both the exam question log and topical issues documents for 2026. These are now available in the Studying Subject SA1 course on the Hub. You can access this here:

You will have access to the Hub if you have purchased any online product in the past, or any product this session. The courses available to you show under the "My Learning" option.

If you haven't purchased anything for the 2026 exams and need access (ie this is a retake) you can request this via the ActEd estore:

The Studying Subject courses are available free of charge. You will be asked for your details but will not be charged for this product.

Once in the Studying Subject SA1 course, you'll find the exam question log and topical issues under the "While you are studying" section.
