Online version of CT9

I am wondering whether the online version is available to UK students or just overseas?

It would be more convenient for me if possible.

There's a previous post on this in the CT9 forum - the response points us to the guidance on the Professions page (here), it does seem that the online version is restricted to overseas students only.

But I'm still wondering if anyone knows if they are flexible on that rule - could UK based students choose the online version if they prefer to do it that way?
