    Hi,

I have finished the core reading for my ct4,6 & 7 exam and I have started past papers.

How many past papers would I need to complete?
Is there a minimum amount (to be confident in passing)? If so what is it?

What is the optimum number of past papers to do?

Well for passing there is no certainty, but last 10 years helps a lot

Well, in such a tight situation i would suggest you to stick to one or two papers, and do their preparation properly! Three at a single go can be a humongous task in such a short duration left for the exams!

Try to be thorough with the tricks and main key parts of sums. Also, try for at least ten papers (5 years). And, do them in exam like conditions!

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,
    Shyam

As many as you can. The important things to do are:
    A) do them timed so you know what 3 hours feels like and full conditions.
    B) keep a note of topics where you lose marks and revise these bits again
    C) notice other silly mistakes eg calculator slips and work to eradicate them
    D) trial the reading time and work out what's the best way to utilise it. Different people use it for different things, make it work for you!
