Hottest risk management issues in the past 2 years

    Hi all,

    i thought I should start this thread for us to post and share what we think are the biggest Risk Management Case studies in the past 2 years.

    And maybe some helpful websites to keep the mind mulling on risk from a practical perspective over the next 10 days.
