    Need help in iai may 2012 paper, ques 3, part d.
    How to arrive at prediction intervals?
    Are they same as confidence intervals?

    Prediction Interval is for Variables, e.g. Yis in regression
    Confidence Interval is for parameters, e.g. \(\mu, p, \sigma^2, \lambda\)
