CT2 - 5 mark questions

Discussion in 'CT2' started by Petros Kyriacou, Sep 20, 2018.

  1. Has the CT2 syllabus undergone any drastic changes the last few years? I've found that the 2012 and prior 5 mark questions tend to test certain areas more heavily than they have done so in more recent years. For example, I was a bit stumped by question 13 in the September 2012 paper, yet this was one of the better answered questions in the paper. I found this from 2014.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi

No, there haven't been any particularly radical changes in recent years - a series of minor tax changes and some accounting terminology changes are probably the main ones.

There's a full collection of CMP Upgrade notes here : https://www.acted.co.uk/paper_cmp_upgrade.html that will confirm that not too much has changed in the CT2 syllabus.
