Hi Acted Tutors,

I am sitting CP2 as a retake this April. I previously sat it and failed in Sept 2022.

Please could you let me know if there are any changes to the exam syllabus since Sept 2022?
E.g. I know they added data checks from 2019 and was wondering if other changes have taken place since 2022?

Hi N_Exam,

There haven't been any significant changes to the syllabus since 2022. If I remember correctly, there might have been a bit of very minor rewording since then but nothing fundamental and no changes to what to expect in the exam. Worth pointing out that the CP2 exam now uses the new exam system, so it's now closed book like all the other papers. The examiners should provide additional guidance where any particular formulae are needed (as they've always done).
