    Hi,
I was having a read at last year's Global Consultative Forum and came across the following:

I wanted to know what is the status of this Action so far (did not hear from the IFoA as at now). We are two months away from the examination and believe if such a webinar would be set up, this should be considered as soon as possible as with the help of the webinar, many students can practice for the examinations.

Hi - this is something that was being set up by the IFoA rather than ActEd, so you probably need to raise this directly with them. We are aware of it as a proposal but haven't yet heard anything definite about when it will happen. Agree that it would good to hold it as soon as possible!

Not sure about the context around this.
Would the institute be possibly talking about changing the amount of planning time? Or would this webinar just be a discussion of how students might use the time in the current set up wisely?

Hi: the latter, I think, based on what is written in the note here - although it is possibly also an opportunity for the IFoA to get feedback on how people have been finding having the 45 minutes?

    Hi everyone

In case you aren't already aware, the following info on the Profession's website re CP1 Paper 2 for this April 2020 sitting:

"All examinations will run for 3 hours 15 minutes unless you receive access arrangements; where you will receive a separate communication on the details. The exception to this is CP3 which will run for 3 hours. There is no separate planning time for CP1 Paper 2 on this occasion. This is now included in the overall time for the paper. You are expected to allocate your time accordingly."
