    The material does not cover persistency risk in insurane risk. Why is that? Lapses would create uncertainty over surrender payments.

    This point is mentioned in the main part of module 3 - the summary (by definition) does not include everything, but you are right perhaps we could include this (feel free to add it to your notes!).
