CH8 error in def monotonic decreasing?

    Hi

    I am assuming there is an error in CH8 pg 4 definition of a monotonic decreasing in theta? Yes, error seems very obvious... so just checking.

    I'm a little confused.
    It is the opposite of monotonic increasing so I'm not sure how this can be an error...
