In the solution, how does line 2 becomes line 3? When it says combining all of the variance and covariance.
In the solution to what? I can't find the words "combining all" anywhere in Chapter 7, and Section 2.2 is... Definition of the Wiener process (standard Brownian motion) with no questions or solutions in it???
