   Hi everyone,
   
   When calculating the revised ultimate, I've taken the incurred closing amount and divided it by the % developed. This tallies with the revised ultimate for 2018 to 2010 but does not seem to tally for 2011-2014.
   
   Could you advise where I've gone wrong here? Thanks in advance for your help!

   You need to carry out a BF calculation of the revised ultimate not a chain ladder one.
