Marking for questions requring a list

Let's say a question asked to give x reasons for something (eg list two ways the insurer could decrease their probability of ruin) and you provide >x answers. Would the markers consider all responses? Or would they only consider the first x answers?
I've previously sat exams with both marking rules in place so wondering how the IFoA does it.
I can't find an answer in any of the handbooks/policies so would appreciate any help.
