2017 April Q2 i) & ii)

    Hi, hope you doing good! I observed there are two questions (2017 April Q2 i & ii) regarding Contract Law & Consumer Insurance Act 2012. However, I couldn't find this in the CMP textbook. Is this consider some general knowledge that we should know before attempting SA2, or its considered out of scope?

    These are no longer in the course and therefore question 2 (parts i and ii) are no longer examinable.
