Hi Just wanted to double-check on this one when we talk about "determining payout", "changing the level of smoothing for payout" - effectively we are talking about adjusting the terminal bonus, correct?
Yes, I will have to check exact context to say for sure, but when talking about with-profits and making changes to the total payout this will often be in terms of Terminal bonuses. Thanks Em
