   What are the possible documents that we could be required to write? At the moment I have only seen a letter / report or memo in past papers. Is this all?

   See p125 of the Course Notes. Letters/reports/memos/emails are common, yes, but there have been other formats too if you go back further in past papers - all the way to 1994 if you're really keen! You can, however, assume that Powerpoint presentations are no longer relevant.
