55 "There was no reasonable prospect that the Tribunal would revoke its decision to strike out the claimant’s claims on jurisdiction grounds on the basis of the arguments put forward by the claimant, which revealed his lack of objectivity coupled with an unrealistic expectation."

Does this mean that all claimants against the IFoA lack objectivity and have unrealistic expectations? No, it doesn't!

Neither does one employment tribunal ruling suggest that a company acts in such a way.

As someone who suffers with both depression and ASD, I have found our small tutor team and our manager to be incredibly supportive throughout the many trials I've gone through in my 20 years of working here.
