Hello, Can someone explain to me what a hedging actuary does, what the job market is like (career prospects, salary expectations, exit opps etc.). I work in GI and I have seen some roles in pensions and life. Is moving from GI to pensions hedging considered a bad career move? Any info would be great thanks.
