    hi there,
    asset mentions that the above question has material that has veen removed from the course. is it in scope? because i see that in revision notes is not included.
    however the notes contain some elements of fair traiding and monopolies and competitions.

    This relates to material on mergers and acquisitions that was removed from the course. It is not relevant for the current study session.
