I'm going through the Stochastic Calculus of CM2 and I see that some parts of this section have been adapted from course notes by Timothy Johnson. Anyone knows where I can find these course notes?
Hi addial, Timothy Johnson seems to work at Heriot-Watt university, so you could maybe contact them and try to find out how you get in touch with him to get his course notes? Or you could just ask the Institute. The Core Reading is, in theory, self-contained, so that your exam will be based on it and you don't need the course notes of Timothy Johnson, so I would probably instead practise CM2 past papers, Good luck!
