Define cells

It is OK not to define cells (i.e. put a name to the cell) in the Parameters worksheet? I find that quite time consuming, yet it is something that can't be done only if I have time at the end as it will not have effect on the other worksheets that I have produced.

Thanks.

Yes. It's perfectly fine not to. It's also perfectly fine to do so. The key, as usual, is clarity - if you can explain clearly what you've done in the audit trail without them, then you're fine. I'd agree that they're a nice to have if you have the time to do so. (However, note that if you add them in at the end, they don't feed through to the formulas, so you wouldn't really get the benefit of having them without going through each formula and changing the reference to use the name. That's a lot of time probably better spent elsewhere.)
